I was in Istanbul last summer and I could see a changing city. The Galata hood is in constant movement and is the most modern part of Istanbul. We were looking for contemporary architecture in the hood but we couldn’t find nothing, except for this building, now published in some online magazines.
It is an incredible architecture work. The facade is very dynamic, it has a movement like Galata hood. And the interior still looks like the traditional construction, but re-interpreted, of this part of the mediterranean sea, where the sun is too strong and you need to use a jalousie.
